Detox refers to removal of toxic waste embedded into each strand of muscles and their nerve junctions throughout the body over a long period (scar tissue), resulting in closure of pain gates and opening of vital channels in the human body that will also cause considerable decrease in the continuous process of inflammation and swelling that occurs in all muscles of the body on a daily and hourly-secondly base.(muscles break down, a normal bio physiological process)

Muscles break down at all times only at different rates depending on the activities at the time. This break down process causes friction that causes heat that brings about excess fluid that will in turn cause inflammation. So, technically speaking, we are all injured through this process.
